ABOUT THIS CAMP
Our leadership camp is designed to inspire and nurture young leaders. Our camp rests on a simple conviction: building human beings of depth, character, and vision.
During the camp, we lay the technical and cognitive foundations across four themes: 1) Leadership (influence and persuasion), 2) Entrepreneurial growth, 3) Project management and 4) Strategic vision. We encourage students to master the mechanics of influence, the discipline of venture creation, the rigour of project delivery, and the frameworks of long-range strategy. The camp is analytical, structured, and output-driven, ensuring every student can speak the language of execution with fluency and precision.
WHAT WE TEACH
We encourage students to develop the ability to deconstruct a complex vision into a sequence of executable tasks. We also motivate students to transform from ‘passive observers’ into active ethical leaders by learning and discussing current affairs topics and concepts in depth. Students work on activities to develop problem-solving skills, teamwork and resilience.
TOPICS INCLUDEÂ
Rhetoric, storytelling, and the architecture of a persuasive argument. The psychology of negotiation and principled bargaining. Ethical influence vs. manipulation: building long-term credibility. The lean startup methodology: from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to scale. Financial literacy for founders: unit economics, cap tables, and fundraising. Building a culture of resilience: stress inoculation and decision-making under pressure. Futures literacy and scenario planning: navigating 10-20 year mega-trends. Geopolitical risk and macroeconomics for long-term investment decisions, among other topics.
DIFFERENTIATION
At Richer Education, we understand that ‘one size does not fit all ‘. Therefore, our tutors and mentors differentiate the content of our sessions. We ensure that all children, regardless of their level of knowledge, are engaged at the appropriate level and pace.
