Monday 22 October: Feeling Fall
We commence our October half-term science camp by looking at Autumn, the changing season and the harvest. Children will participate in experiments such as mummifying an apple, carving a pumpkin roadway and more.
Tuesday 23 October: Something Fishy
Something fishy teaches children about the anatomy and physiology of teeth. Children will have a unique opportunity to dissect a fish, learn about shark teeth, fish gills and many more.
Wednesday 24 October: Keeping Warm, Staying Cool
This topic covers chemical reactions, bonds, particles and atoms. Children will participate in a range of age-appropriate chemistry experiments as they learn and discover endothermic and exothermic reactions and more.
Thursday 25 October: Astronaut Science
Houston we have a problem! In astronaut science, children assume the role of astronauts as they discover the physics behind space flight and the effects on the human body. Children will participate in experiments that look at dexterity.
Friday 26 October: Scary Science
Our final session this half-term culminates with a spooky twist. Children will learn and discover a wide range of scientific concepts including vacuums, static electricity and polymerisation. We also invite children to dress up in their favourite Halloween costume.

Individual sessions are charged at a flat rate of £85 per child/per day.
